  • Condition of the Product: Items must be in their original packaging, with intact tags, and free from any signs of use.
  • Exceptions: Custom products or items with broken hygiene seals are not eligible for return, in accordance with applicable law.

2. Return Process

  • Authorization: After review, we will send a return authorization email along with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

3. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Taxes: Sales tax collected on the original purchase will be refunded along with the product amount if the return is approved.

4. Warranty

  • Coverage: We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
  • Procedure: In the event of a defect, customers must contact us for instructions on how to receive a replacement or refunds.
  • Taxes: Sales tax collected on the original purchase will be refunded along with the product amount if the return is approved.

Observations:

  • Taxes for International Orders: Taxes and duties are typically not covered in the purchase price and will depend on the customer's country. Make sure to specify that the customer is responsible for paying these fees at the time of delivery.
